Are you a motivated Paralegal with a passion for property law? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading residential conveyancing team that specialises in the London market and across the South of England. The firm is renowned for its award-winning service and commitment to excellence.

The Role:

You will work closely with experienced Fee Earners and a supportive team to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervision.
• Updating clients and introducers on progress.
• Raising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses and preparing detailed client reports.
• Managing pre-exchange and completion matters.
• Ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service throughout.

About You:

• Previous experience in a law firm environment with exposure to residential conveyancing or wider property work.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• GCSE passes in English and Maths (Grade C or above); a law degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
