The Creative Producer & Studio Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the Design Studios (Creative and Technical) at Creation. This position bridges the creative and administrative sides of the department, ensuring seamless workflow, resource allocation, communication of design intent.
A Creative Producer drives projects from concept to completion, blending artistic vision with sharp production management. They develop and refine creative ideas, lead cross-functional teams through pre-production, shooting, and post, and ensure every detail meets the highest standards of storytelling, design, and brand impact. Acting as the bridge between clients and creatives, they translate briefs into bold, engaging work that hits strategic goals on time and on budget. With a keen eye for innovation, they stay ahead of trends, manage resources efficiently, and foster collaboration to deliver standout content that resonates and inspires.
Responsibilities
- Keep the studio running smoothly
Plan and manage resources across projects, balancing freelance and full-time talent.
Track project timelines and deliverables in Asana, keeping everyone aligned and deadlines on track.
Juggle multiple briefs and priorities, supporting producers and account teams in scheduling and resourcing.
- Connect the Design Team across the agency
Act as the key liaison between the Design Team and all other departments including Accounts, Production, and Strategy.
Ensure briefs are clear, expectations are aligned, and the design output reflects project objectives.
Coordinate communication and feedback loops so creative work stays on track, consistent, and high-quality.
Help ensure the right information, assets, and context flow to the right people at the right time.
- Support the creative process.
Assist with presentation decks, creative moodboards, and design documentation.
Keep the studio’s shared assets, templates, and archives up to date and easy to access.
Handle day-to-day studio admin including freelancer bookings, budget tracking, and internal scheduling.
- Keep things efficient and positive
Help refine workflows to improve how the studio operates.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and reviews.
Support general London office needs for a 20-person team and maintain a collaborative, upbeat atmosphere.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a studio or coordinator role within a creative agency, design studio, or experiential team.
- Strong experience with Asana and a knack for staying organized under pressure.
- Comfortable working across multiple fast-paced projects at once.
- Fluent in Google Workspace and familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Confident communicator who builds trust between creative and client teams.
- Cool-headed, proactive, and solutions-focused when things get hectic.
- Genuine enthusiasm for design, live experiences, and creative production.
