Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper, Job ID J1E3FD
A lovely family in Hackney, London, is seeking a Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper to care for their newborn baby and toddler while ensuring the home is kept clean and well-organised. This role is ideal for someone responsible, nurturing, and able to balance childcare with household tasks effectively. The nanny-housekeeper must also be comfortable travelling internationally with the family. A valid First Aid qualification is essential for this role.
Working hours: Flexibility with days and hours preferable, 50 hours per week
Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom
Duties include:
- Assist with nappy changes and prepare bottles for infants
- Bathe the children and ensure proper hygiene is maintained
- Safeguard the children’s safety, well-being, and development at all times
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
- Keep children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, tidy, and well organised
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including sinks, baths, and showers
- Clean and maintain the kitchen area
- Wash, dry, and organise clothing and household linens
- Manage laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
