£190-£230 per dayWe’re working with a leading entertainment company and are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their EMEA Awards team.This is a hands-on role supporting the team with awards, events, and general projects across the region. You’ll work closely with senior team members and help keep everything running smoothly.
The role is all about coordination, admin, and keeping multiple plates spinning. We’re looking for someone self-motivated, flexible, and super organised, who can juggle a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment.You’ll be liaising with teams and partners across multiple countries and time zones, so you’ll need to prioritise like a pro, use good judgment, and take initiative. If you’re curious, proactive, and enjoy variety, you’ll thrive here.What you’ll be doing:
- Managing calendars and coordinating internal meetings
- Supporting travel arrangements and expense processes
- Preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials
- Event planning and coordination
- Helping track budgets, POs, and team projects
- Maintaining communications channels and general admin
- Supporting the team wherever needed
- 4+ years’ experience in admin or executive support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable working across global teams
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Discreet and professional
- Flexible and able to work across time zones if needed
- Organised, proactive, and happy to get involved
- Resourceful, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
