Care Coordinator
Location: Richmond, London
Starting Salary: £28,000 per annum or commensurate with experience

We're a specialist home care provider with expertise in spinal injury , neurological conditions , and acquired brain injury (ABI) . This full-time role is based in beautiful Richmond and involves care coordination, rota planning, mentoring, and daily communication with clients and carers. You’ll join a passionate, team-driven environment with real potential to grow into leadership or specialist care roles over time.

About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
Plan and manage staff rotas using advanced scheduling systems to ensure seamless care delivery
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues
Support and mentor carers, helping them deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Work closely with the care manager to ensure care is aligned with each client's clinical and personal needs
Collaborate with recruitment and HR to onboard staff and train them in our systems
Join our shared out-of-hours rota, supporting the team when unexpected issues arise
Be a key part of a passionate and responsive team, solving challenges together
Who This Role Is For

Professionals from other industries (hospitality, logistics, HR, education, etc.) with coordination or communication experience
Care professionals or administrators who want to move into a more involved and client-focused role
You’ll need:
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive attitude and calm, problem-solving approach
A desire to work as part of a close-knit team making a difference in people’s lives
Desire:
6 months experience as a care coordinator
