Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily attendance and punctuality via the school’s systems.
Make first-day absence calls and follow-up communication.
Prepare attendance reports for SLT and external agencies.
Support pastoral and safeguarding processes as required.
Requirements
Experience in an attendance or administrative role (school experience desirable).
Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
Ability to remain professional, firm, and supportive.
Good MS Office and SIMS knowledge beneficial.
