Senior Developer – Core Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of robust, scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and client-facing teams to deliver seamless and high-performing platform experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and champion best software engineering practices
• Mentor and support peers and junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, ensuring high availability and performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing services, keeping security, extensibility, and maintainability in mind
