Need help preparing healthy meals at home in English
I'm looking for a friendly caregiver to assist with meal preparation at my home in the UK. I’d like someone to help plan and cook simple, nutritious meals for a week, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I prefer recipes that are easy to follow, use fresh ingredients, and accommodate dietary needs (vegetarian options and low-sodium preferences). The helper should also assist with grocery lists, basic kitchen organization, and food safety practices. Availability in the late mornings or early afternoons works best, and I’d appreciate clear communication about any substitutions or substitutions due to ingredient availability.
