About the Role
A summary of the responsibilities of the post:
- To lead a programme to implement Hackney s Digital Strategy, ensuring robust and effective programme and project management is in place to support delivery of programme benefits.
- To develop and implement a roadmap for Hackney s digital transformation.
- To lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to design, deliver and support digital change.
- To advise and support Work stream leads, Corporate Directors and Directors to enable services to achieve objectives through a digital by design approach to transformation.
- To lead and embed cultural change required to support effective digital transformation.
- Deliver, implement and support others to ensure that the Council s values and practises always meet our objectives for security, financial prudence and transparency, inclusion and sustainability.
