Administration Officer
Administration Officer needed in Camden, £18.42ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1646311
- To undertake a range of complex business, financial and administrative duties to support teams and ensure a high quality, customer-focused and value-for-money administrative service.
- To assist with the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of electronic and manual information management systems.
- To ensure that financial processes are followed and completed according to departmental or corporate guidance, be responsible for the procurement of goods and services as directed and produce associated management information for budget holders.
- To provide high quality diary support, arranging and preparing meetings, booking travel and accommodation, greeting external visitors and dealing with incoming calls.
- To draft standard correspondence and assist with the production of internal and external communications, including updating web and intranet pages.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
