We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead and inspire our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in restaurants who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high service standards
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure
- Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining health & safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service coordination
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Food & beverage knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety) are a plus
