Key Account Manager UK

To accelerate their growth in the UK and Ireland, they are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager for the UK who is ready to take ownership of the market and actively shape their success story.
Your mission: As their Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind their expansion in the UK. You will build strong partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and position their premium brand as a market leader.
- Full ownership and strategic development of the UK market
- Management and expansion of key accounts (specialist pet retailers, chains, veterinarians, distributors)
- Identification and acquisition of new business partners
- Development and execution of sales and marketing strategies tailored to the local market
- Planning and implementation of customer visits, trade fairs, sales events and promotions
- Conducting product presentations, training sessions and on-site demonstrations
- Continuous market and competitor analysis
- Close collaboration with our international headquarters and internal sales team
Requirements
Your profile: You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about sales. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy building long-term partnerships.
- Proven experience in sales or key account management, ideally in pet food, FMCG, or related industries
- Based in the UK, with a valid driver’s license
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident, persuasive presence
- High level of customer orientation and relationship-building ability
- Structured, independent working style with willingness to travel
- Resilient and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations
- Genuine passion for pets and their well-being
