About the Role
As a Credit Fund Deals Tax Senior Associate, you'll work on high-profile transactions for funds and institutional investors in the credit sector. From advising on large-scale, cross-border structuring to delivering innovative tax solutions, this role offers exposure to complex and challenging assignments that will enhance your expertise and career trajectory.
What You'll Do
* Provide bespoke tax advice on a diverse and evolving deal portfolio
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with leading global organisations
* Work closely with other specialists and teams across the business
* Lead and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and succeed
* Support business development efforts, researching and identifying new opportunities
* Solve complex tax challenges and contribute to the team's technical expertise

* Qualified professional (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS or equivalent)
* Proven experience leading complex projects and managing client relationships
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
