Front of House & Office Coordinator
We're partnering with a leading entertainment business who create, develop, and manage a diverse portfolio of venues, spaces, events, and experiences across London and globally. With a strong track record in music, culture, and live events. Their focus is on creating and managing unique venues and experiences that push boundaries and bring people together.
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Front of House & Office Coordinator to join their London office on and initial 3-6 month Temporary contract with the view to extend.
Please Note: This roles is to start ASAP so you need to be immediately available. This is a full-time office based role (no WFH).
The Role
You'll be the welcoming face of their London office, ensuring the space runs smoothly day to day while supporting other offices when needed. From reception duties and admin support to coordinating office logistics and team culture initiatives, you'll play a key role in keeping everything organised and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as first point of contact for staff, visitors, and clients.
- Managing reception, calls, post, couriers, and meeting room bookings.
- Overseeing office supplies, tidiness, and facilities maintenance.
- Supporting leadership with scheduling, refreshments, and meeting prep.
- Coordinating office onboardings, space planning, and equipment set-up.
- Assisting with company-wide projects (training, compliance, systems).
- Supporting people and culture initiatives, events, and communications.
- Liaising with suppliers, building management, and contractors.
- Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are met.

This role is to start ASAP, paying £30,000 annually. You need to be immediately available.
