Business Development Manager - Aesthetic Devices
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to cover London for a leading, global brand, managing a range of leading products and devices.
Your role:
You will use your knowledge of the aesthetic devices market to plan and manage your territory. You will identify potential customers, present the company’s portfolio to senior medical professionals and business owners, establish new relationships and win new business.
You will visit potential customers, demonstrate the products, advise on the applications, and use your commercial acumen and knowledge of the industry to advise clients on how the devices will help increase bookings and positive patient feedback.
You will maintain relationships with your clients so that they are retained as long-term customers. You will organise training and provide an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring that clients receive all the support needed, and any issues are dealt with swiftly.
In return, you will receive an excellent basic salary, commission structure and benefits package.
The skills and attributes you need to be considered for this role:
- B2B field sales experience within the aesthetic sector, with a proven record of success
- The personality and people skills needed to excel at developing client relationships
- The ability to win new business and close sales
- Good knowledge of the aesthetics industry and treatments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A full clean driving license
