Marketing Manager

Smiths Detection are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven marketing across our digital portfolio. What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integrated digital campaigns - across paid owned and earned channels.
• Design data-led marketing programmes that build brand authority generate demand and fuel pipeline growth.
• Work with portfolio and product teams to translate complex value propositions into compelling high-performing campaigns.
• Drive lead generation nurturing and performance optimisation using marketing automation and analytics.
• Create engaging content and thought leadership assets that support awareness conversion and sales enablement.
• Use modern digital and AI-driven tools to elevate campaign speed efficiency and impact.
• Support events trade shows and virtual experiences aligned to campaign goals.

Youll have real autonomy work on impactful global projects and help shape how we communicate cutting-edge digital security solutions to the world. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who wants ownership influence and the ability to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• 5 years experience in marketing B2B or B2C with strong confidence in campaign design and execution.
• Proven track record in demand generation digital marketing and performance optimisation.
• Excellent copywriting storytelling and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work in a global matrix environment.
• Skilled at using data insight and automation to drive results.
• Experience within tech defence cybersecurity SaaS or complex products is a bonus.
