This prestigious independent school requires a strategic and proactive Facilities Manager to lead its site operations. Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Strategic Leader: Planning and executing both reactive and long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Compliance Chief: Managing all contracts, procuring services, and ensuring the estate is fully compliant with all H&S, fire, and regulatory legislation.
- Resource Manager: Managing the annual premises budget and directing external contractors and in-house site staff.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Extensive managerial experience in facilities or estates management, preferably within an educational or heritage setting.
- Salary Range: Highly competitive salary compensated on the school's independent pay scale (expected to be £52,000 - £65,000 per annum), reflecting Inner London weighting.
