Contract: 6-Month FTC

Location: London (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented ad ops executive to work alongside our trafficking team and global ad ops team. This individual will be responsible for the smooth running of all UK Display campaigns, working closely with a trafficking team, Project Managers and sales to ensure full delivery and optimum performance of digital display campaigns across the Time Out site.

Responsibilities

  • Being the main point of contact when it comes to display campaign delivery and performance.

  • Provide insight and consultancy during brief and PCA stage for Display campaigns, advising on best practises.

  • Reporting on campaigns and making decisions on how best to optimise in order to encourage repeat business from clients.

  • Represent the outsourced ad ops team and communicate effectively between them and the wider business.

  • Ensuring that SLA’s are met and flagging campaigns going live late and if/how this affects revenue.

  • Troubleshoot campaigns where necessary, identifying and escalating issues where needed.

  • Liaise with Sales, PM’s and leadership to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the campaign status and any potential issues.

  • Holding regular meetings and catch ups with the sales team on display delivery and performance.

  • Responsible for building out Permutive Cohorts as well as delivering Permutive audience insights for end-of-campaign analysis.

  • Attending meetings with the global ad ops team, sales team and PM team actioning requests, providing insight and keeping abreast of the global ad ops & programmatic side of the business.

Requirements

This candidate must be proficient in GAM, as well as have experience in ad trafficking and optimization.

  • Revenue focused, delivering campaigns with the goal to encourage repeat business.

  • Project Manager mind-set. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A background in digital media is essential.

  • Experience working on paid social essential.

  • Experience in running campaigns and supporting sales pre and post sale

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
