Underwriting Technician
The Underwriting Technician's responsibilities include:
- Assist underwriters in processing and managing insurance policies and renewals.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of underwriting records and systems.
- Prepare and distribute policy documentation and endorsements as required.
- Support the underwriting team in analysing and reviewing risk submissions.
- Respond to client and broker queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation or payments.
- Contribute to process improvements and compliance with industry standards.
