Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Woodford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out preparation and paintwork to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles and panels for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.

Mix and apply paints to match manufacturer and customer specifications.

Use spray booths and equipment to deliver high-quality finishes.

Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and customer standards.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter / Prepper within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential).

Strong knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results.

Full UK driving licence.
