Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Roadside Mechanic you’ll be the adaptable, on‑the‑ground expert our service relies on, keeping drivers safe and moving.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults – from electrical issues to flat tyres and battery failures.
• Provide fast, courteous assistance to members at roadside locations, in cul‑de‑sacs and on busy highways.
• Manage your own kit, keep the company van fully stocked and maintain accurate service reports.
• Make independent decisions on‑site to deliver the right fix and uphold the organisation’s reputation for reliability.
• Travel across the region, with occasional overnight stays when required.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 light‑vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with solid technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
• A customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work at short notice and willingness to cover shifts between 06:00 – 02:00 , including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Average of 40 hours per week throughout the year.
• Rosters are provided seven days in advance; core hours are confirmed three days prior.
• Shifts vary to give you a dynamic, never‑same‑day routine.
• Company‑provided van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and a diagnostic kit from day one.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: £50,669 per year, with the potential to earn up to £57,000 through bonuses and overtime.
