Business Development Director - Adtech & Agency EUK
AudioStack is seeking an exceptional Business Development Director - Agency & AdTech to grow and establish our commercial relationships across the UK and Europe.
This is a permanent, full-time role. During the first year (or slightly shorter), there will be a particular emphasis on covering and supporting UK-specific business, while simultaneously building and expanding new client relationships across both the UK and key European markets including Germany, France, Benelux, and Northern Europe.
The core focus of the role is growth: identifying, structuring, and commercialising managed service engagements and multi-year software and technology agreements with agencies and AdTech partners. We are deliberately looking for a rare profile, a commercially rigorous, highly proactive self-starter who can operate independently, build momentum quickly, and thrive in a
collaborative, fast-moving scale-up environment. For the right person it offers meaningful autonomy, responsibility, and long-term impact.

Requirements
Commercial Ownership & Growth
- Grow existing and new UK enterprise and multi-year client relationships, ensuring continuity, trust, and long-term value.
- Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with agency and AdTech partners across the UK and Europe.
- Structure and commercialise opportunities across Multi-year software and technology agreements & Managed service commercial campaign work
- Build a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities that support sustained, long-term growth.
Sales & Partner Engagement
- Own the full commercial lifecycle, from relationship-led opportunity creation through to negotiation and close.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior agency and AdTech stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal product, partnerships, and delivery teams to shape solutions that meet client needs.
Collaboration & Market Presence
- Be an active, engaged contributor within the AudioStack commercial team.
- Spend regular time in the London office and with clients to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Represent AudioStack at relevant industry events and European client meetings.

This role suits someone who enjoys building commercial momentum, taking responsibility, and doing what’s needed to achieve ambitious goals.
Required Experience & Attributes
You are likely to be successful in this role if you bring:
- A strong track record in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within agencies and/or AdTech.
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders across media, creative, production agencies, or AdTech platforms.
- Experience selling managed services and/or multi-year advertising technology or software agreements.
- Confidence operating with autonomy, paired with a collaborative and thoughtful working style.
- A genuine interest in creative technology, and ideally in audio, music, voice, or sound-led media.
Desirable (but not required)
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
- Fluency in additional European languages (particularly German, French, or Dutch).
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative or production technologies.
Working Model
- This role is based in London, and regular in-person collaboration is important to enable fast onboarding, strong relationships, and impact
- AudioStack operates a hybrid working model, balancing flexibility with a strong in-office and client-facing culture.
- Travel within the UK and Europe is a core part of the role.
Contract & Progression
- This role is offered as a permanent, full-time position.
- During the first year (or slightly shorter), there will be a UK-weighted focus, including responsibility for covering and supporting UK business.
- Over time, the role will increasingly focus on growing and establishing long-term commercial relationships across Europe, aligned with AudioStack’s broader growth
