As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Administrator / Resourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, and recruitment administration.

The Role

The Talent Acquisition Administrator / Resourcer will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from attraction through to interview coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career within talent acquisition or recruitment.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Manage interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and locations.

  • Ensure candidates receive clear communication regarding interview logistics and timelines.

Applicant Tracking System Management

  • Manage and maintain the company’s applicant tracking system, Team Tailor, ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date.

  • Support the posting and management of job advertisements on the ATS and external job boards.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting where required.

Innovation & Candidate Sourcing

  • Proactively explore and implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

  • Utilise a variety of channels including professional networks, social platforms, talent databases, and market research to build strong candidate pipelines.

  • Identify new tools, platforms, and methods that can enhance the effectiveness of talent sourcing and improve candidate engagement.

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing strategies and share insights on emerging recruitment trends and talent markets.

Talent Mapping & Market Research

  • Conduct market mapping and talent mapping to identify potential candidates across relevant industries and skill sets.

  • Maintain and update internal talent trackers and candidate pipelines.

  • Research competitor organisations and industry talent pools to support proactive hiring strategies.

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team across the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Assist with candidate screening and shortlisting where appropriate.

  • Help prepare recruitment materials, job descriptions, and candidate packs.

Stakeholder Support

  • Support internal hiring managers with recruitment processes and queries.

  • Ensure recruitment processes follow internal procedures and provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Assist with general Talent Acquisition activities and projects as required.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing, or HR administration.

Desirable

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Team Tailor.

  • Experience conducting market research or talent mapping.
