  • Coordinate the Global Search Community: Prepare for regular global search community calls, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment across all markets.
  • Drive Operational Consistency: Support in ensuring all agencies and markets adhere to standardised processes for search campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and measurement.
  • Operational Training & Enablement: Support with the roll out of training materials, toolkits, and onboarding resources to ensure all search teams operate at the highest standard.
  • Monitor & Improve Quality: Implement robust quality assurance processes to track adherence to operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Market Leads: Partner with regional and market search leads to troubleshoot operational challenges, point to best practice, and process improvements.
  • Champion Efficiency & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, integrate automation tools, and reduce manual effort in campaign management.
  • Ensure Client-Centric Delivery: Align operational processes with client needs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Facilitate Change Management: Support on the adoption of new tools, processes, and operational frameworks across the global search network.

Who You Are: A Search Practitioner with a track record of identifying improvements to processes, driving consistency, and striving to deliver high-quality campaigns at scale. You possess:

  • Strong Search Expertise: 5 years of experience in paid search operations, campaign management, and performance optimisation across multiple markets.
  • Operational Excellence Mindset: Experience of deploying process improvements, workflow optimisation, and quality assurance in a global context.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
  • Change Management Skills: Experience supporting operational change initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, processes, and best practice frameworks.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in using data to identify operational inefficiencies, measure performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Global Experience: Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and organisational structures.
  • Clear Communicator: Strong facilitation skills for contributing on global calls, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
