Core Responsibilities

ECT Induction & Support
Assigned a formal induction lead to oversee your ECF progress and evidence gathering.
Subject-specific coaching focused on mastering high-stakes A-Level assessment and moderation.
1:1 "buddy" system with a recently qualified teacher for peer-to-peer support.
Requirements & Compensation
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree in Sociology or Social Sciences.
Salary: National Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
