What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring every arrival feels special.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately.

Provide personalised recommendations on dining, attractions, and local experiences.

Respond to guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Salary: £27,753 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
