Product Manager

Acast
London

About Acast
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.

About the role

We’re building a world-class podcast analytics platform and payout experience for our podcasters and we’re looking for a customer obsessed Product Manager to join our Creator Analytics & Payouts team to help us achieve this ambitious goal.

As one of our core Creator focused teams, this team delivers a strategically critical part of the creator experience: actionable analytics, transparent earnings, and reliable payouts. You’ll define the tools and insights that empower creators to grow their audience, understand their performance, and trust Acast as the most rewarding place to make money from their storytelling.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, finance, and data to deliver insightful, data-rich experiences that make complex data and revenue systems feel simple, transparent, and empowering for creators.

What you´ll do

Product Strategy

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Creator Analytics & Payouts, aligned with Acast’s broader creator and Marketplace strategy.

  • Translate creator needs into clear product outcomes - focusing on transparency, usability, and trust.

Creator Analytics

  • Build intuitive dashboards that help creators understand their performance and earnings across channels, campaigns, and revenue types.

Payouts & Financial Transparency

  • Being paid by Acast should feel effortless. Improve how creators track, manage, and receive their payouts - from accurate estimates to transaction history and payment processing.

  • Ensure that the systems and data that are used to calculate payouts are accurate and scalable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the engineering, finance, product operations, design, and the Creator Network teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact features across the Creator area.

  • Collaborate with commercial and creator success teams to ensure our tools meet real creator needs and business priorities.

Performance & Reliability

  • Define and monitor KPIs around creator engagement, data accuracy, and payout satisfaction.

  • Champion product quality, reliability, and performance across all analytics and payout experiences.

Who you are

Customer-Obsessed: You care deeply about creators and their experience, and can translate complex data and payment requirements into intuitive, empowering tools and experiences.

Data-Driven: You have strong analytical skills, an understanding of data modeling or analytics workflows, and use metrics to guide decisions.

Financially Fluent: You understand or are eager to learn the fundamentals of financial flows, payouts, and creator monetization.

Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional environments and can communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic & Pragmatic: You can zoom out to connect your team’s work to company strategy - and zoom in to define the next experiment or iteration.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience building analytics or reporting products that simplify complex data for end users.

  • Familiarity with creator platforms, audience analytics, or monetization ecosystems.

  • Comfortable working with data pipelines, metrics, and revenue logic - translating them into intuitive product experiences.

Culture

Acast is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin or any of the other wonderful characteristics that make us different.

Culture is our number one priority as a business. We believe people come first, and we work every day to enable autonomy, continuous improvement and bring out the best in people. We’re global and have remote teams, so it’s even more important that we strive for an open, inclusive and caring environment where everyone feels visible and welcome.

We consider ourselves a modern organization driven by strong values to create the best, most fulfilling and nurturing culture.

We very much look forward to finding the next great person to join our cause!
