Your days might include:- Supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, product orders, and inventory
- Assisting customers and ensuring every shopper receives excellent service
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the store team
- Managing performance and supporting development plans
- Creating and organising holiday rotas and scheduling
- Helping to control costs, maximise sales, and drive operational efficiency
