The main objective is to ensure seamless tracking, monitoring, and execution of process flows so that the route to market is efficient and aligned with Ferrero’s systems.
This position offers high visibility across the organization, as it involves close collaboration with multiple departments, including Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, International PFM teams, R&D, Pack Deployment, Co-pack, and Legal/PR. You’ll manage the creation and validation of product documentation (RDP/RDE), coordinate marketing inputs, and proactively handle downstream process challenges.
You’ll also lead the end-to-end artwork development process, liaising with internal teams and external agencies to ensure packaging meets both regulatory and brand standards. From complex restyling projects to multi-language pack management, you’ll keep everything on track.
On top of that, you’ll manage Foglio 8 requests for new SKUs, evaluate template proposals, and champion process improvements across our systems. Accurate master data management will be key supporting everything from co-packing to customer delivery. You’ll also oversee compliance with Green Tax regulations, ensuring timely data submissions and accurate product records in the PIM platform.
Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in supply chain operations—whether industrial, warehouse, or commercial. Prior experience in the FMCG or retail sector and/or a background in project management is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization.
You should have a solid understanding of end-to-end business and supply chain processes, supported by strong analytical capabilities and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
