Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related discipline
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
• Experience of leadership or readiness to step into a middle leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GCSE and A Level specifications
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Commitment to raising standards and inclusive practice
