ER Specialist - 12 month FTC
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees to support the early resolution of employee relations issues, including performance concerns, grievances, conflict resolution, investigations and disciplinary matters.
- Manage a varied caseload of ER issues-such as long‑term absence and workplace adjustments-ensuring accurate documentation, effective risk management and consistent application of policies and employment law.
- Deliver training sessions to build manager confidence and capability on ER topics, including absence management and disciplinary processes.
- Coach managers to adopt constructive, fair and proactive approaches when addressing people issues, encouraging early dialogue and resolution.
- Ensure all ER activity is compliant with internal policies, processes and employment legislation, escalating risks where necessary.
- Support broader people initiatives, including organisational change, restructures and related projects.
