Intellectual Property Associate
The firm has built a recognised practice advising a diverse client base across creative, cultural and purpose-driven sectors, and is keen to meet lawyers who would value working on a broad mix of IP work in a collaborative environment.
The Role
The position would involve advising on a wide range of soft IP matters, including:
- Copyright advisory work
- Brand protection and trade mark matters
- IP ownership and licensing issues
- Commercial IP agreements
- Dispute support and advisory work
Candidate Profile
The firm is particularly interested in lawyers who:
- Have a strong grounding in copyright law
- Have experience across soft IP (copyright, trade marks, brand protection)
- Ideally have exposure to both contentious and non-contentious IP matters
- Are keen to develop within a specialist IP-focused environment
Experience:
2- 6 PQE.
Salary:
Approximately £80,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.
