Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will support brand, digital, and campaign design across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Creative Director and wider Marketing, Brand, and Product teams, you will develop social content, digital assets, packaging updates, and campaign visuals. This role is ideal for a creative early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within an ambitious beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Create on-brand visual assets across digital, social, retail, and packaging.
• Support the development of campaign concepts, artwork, and visual assets for product launches and brand moments.
• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
• Produce graphics, layouts, and simple animations for social media, web, and e-commerce platforms.
• Optimise artwork for multiple formats and digital channels.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop creative ideas and execute social content.
• Assist with packaging updates, artwork refinement, and preparation of print-ready files.
• Create product mock-ups and visualisations for internal use, retailers, and submissions.
• Prepare visuals for sales decks, presentations, PR events, and partner materials.
• Maintain organised design files, asset libraries, and version control.
• Assist in building mood boards, creative decks, and inspiration presentations.
• Support the creative team during reviews to ensure accuracy and brand cohesion.

Experience Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout skills, brand application, and digital design.
• Working knowledge of design for social media, digital marketing, print, and e-commerce.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent typography and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt within a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
