📍 West London - hybrid working with two core office days (Tues & Weds)

⏱️ Full Time | Permanent | 9am-5:30pm

💼 £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation in West London , seeking a proactive and collaborative People Partner to join their central team.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate People Services while playing a key role in driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

You'll partner closely with colleagues across the central team and wider network, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to people practices while contributing to the development and delivery of the next D&I strategy.

🔍 About the role

In this role, you will:

* Support key people processes, providing guidance, coaching and constructive challenge

* Help design and deliver the organisation's next Diversity & Inclusion strategy

* Use data to identify D&I trends and inform improvement initiatives

* Collaborate with the Professional Development team to create bespoke D&I training

* Stay up to date with equality legislation and best practice, advising on impacts and required changes

* Provide guidance on change management, restructures and succession planning

* Support or lead project work aligned with organisational plans and priorities

⭐ Essential Experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

* A strong track record as a Business Partner, with excellent relationship-management skills at all levels

* Experience in an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion role with up-to-date knowledge of best practice and employment legislation

* Experience leading change programmes, including TUPE

* Experience designing and delivering organisational design programmes
