Head of EMEA Sales
About Mosaic
Mosaic is the AI-driven deal modeling platform for private markets, used by leading investors and advisors including Warburg Pincus, CVC, New Mountain, and Evercore . Mosaic automates and standardizes core deal analyses—such as LBOs and DCFs—so investment teams can move faster, reduce spreadsheet risk, and spend more time on investment judgment.
Mosaic’s platform combines deterministic, rules-based calculations with AI-powered ingestion and agentic workflows to generate replicable, audit-ready outputs that private equity, private credit, and investment banking teams can trust across billion-dollar deals.
Mosaic is on a mission to build the AI-driven operating system for the world’s most sophisticated investors and their advisors. We’re growing quickly and are hiring across engineering, product, customer enablement, and go-to-market teams.
For those excited to sit at the intersection of high finance and technology, Mosaic offers a rare opportunity to shape how the industry operates for decades to come.

About the Role
As Head of EMEA Sales, you will own Mosaic’s revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa—building the region from the ground up. You’ll establish Mosaic as the platform of record for deal modeling and investment workflows at leading private equity firms, private credit platforms, and investment banks.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a builder: you’ll lead strategic enterprise deals, develop repeatable outbound and expansion motions, and help create the playbook for scaling Mosaic internationally. Over time, you’ll hire and manage a team across EMEA as volume and coverage expand.
You’ll work directly with Partners, Managing Directors, and investing teams to modernize the core workflows behind deal execution and IC decisions—replacing fragile Excel processes with replicable, audit-ready modeling powered by deterministic engines and AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities
Own EMEA Revenue & Growth
Own regional performance across new business and expansion: pipeline, forecast, and bookings.
Define and execute Mosaic’s EMEA go-to-market strategy across PE, credit, and advisory segments.
Build a predictable enterprise sales motion: account planning, outbound strategy, inbound conversion, and territory coverage.
Close Strategic Enterprise Deals
Run complex sales cycles from first meeting through close with senior decision-makers (Partner/MD-level).
Lead value-based sales conversations rooted in outcomes: speed, standardization, risk reduction, governance, and adoption.
Navigate multi-stakeholder environments including investment teams, ops leaders, and procurement/security.
Build a Repeatable EMEA Playbook
Establish ideal customer profiles, segmentation, pricing feedback loops, and regional messaging.
Develop consistent sales processes: qualification, deal strategy, POCs/pilots, and close plans.
Maintain strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene with clear pipeline and stage definitions.
Land-and-Expand Across Platforms
Build deep relationships inside each firm to drive multi-team adoption and expansion.
Partner with Customer Enablement to ensure excellent onboarding, rollout success, renewals, and upsells.
Identify new use cases and workflows where Mosaic can deepen impact.
Be the Voice of the Market Internally
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
Bring competitive intelligence and regional buyer nuance into the GTM strategy.
Partner with Marketing on events, regional campaigns, and thought leadership in private markets.
Build and Lead the EMEA Team Over Time
Help hire, develop, and coach additional sales talent as the region scales (AEs, SDRs, Solutions/Enablement).
Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, learning, and customer obsession.
What We’re Looking For
7–12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally with ownership of a region or category.
Proven track record of closing complex deals and growing revenue across EMEA.
Experience selling into private equity, private credit, investment banking, or closely adjacent enterprise customers (CFO/COO/Partner/MD stakeholders).
Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals: multi-threading, deal strategy, forecasting, procurement, and security reviews.
A builder mindset: you enjoy standing up new regions, shaping messaging, and creating repeatable systems.
Exceptional communication and presence with senior investment professionals.
Comfort selling a transformative workflow product—where product adoption and expansion matter as much as initial close.
Bonus: familiarity with financial modeling, deal workflows, and the realities of how investment teams operate day-to-day.
Why Join Mosaic?
Be at the forefront of revolutionizing deal analysis and modeling for private equity.
Play a key role in shaping Mosaic’s product roadmap and influencing its growth.
Collaborate with a team of top-tier professionals in finance and technology.
Enjoy opportunities for career growth and leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Make a tangible impact by helping customers succeed and drive innovation in the industry.
