Get an insight into working at the sharp end of business and technology evolution. On our Consulting Industrial Placement , you’ll be immersed in live client project work from day one. The programme is designed to challenge and reward you, giving you the chance to make your first mark within a global organisation while building lasting professional connections.

What you’ll be doing

• Begin with a week-long induction introducing you to Accenture’s culture, values, and networks.
• Work with a dedicated buddy who will support your development and answer questions along the way.
• Join project teams across our Consulting workforce, helping to solve client challenges and deliver impact.
• Get hands-on with change management plans, IT implementation projects, customer journey design, and data analysis .
• Collect, analyse, and present data to uncover business insights.
• Rotate across projects of varying length and industry focus, giving you a broad insight into the consulting world.
• By the end of your placement, you’ll have developed valuable skills, built a strong network, and could receive an offer to join Accenture after graduation .

Who we’re looking for

• Students at an accredited UK university, currently on a bachelor’s degree with a credit-bearing placement option (penultimate year).
• Open to all degree disciplines – what matters is your curiosity and drive.
• Passion for business and technology , shown through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset .
• Confident with PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate/advanced preferred).
• Bonus if you have experience in data analysis and statistical methods.

Where you’ll be based

• Your assigned office will be London .
• You’ll be expected to collaborate in the office or at client sites at least 3 days per week .
• Accenture offices across the UK include Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Newcastle.
