Digital Marketing Manager
Attensi is a Norwegian tech company specialized in gamified simulation training. Since our inception in 2012, Attensi has grown to become a global leader in the field, with training solutions used by global brands in more than 140 countries and 30 different languages.
We use gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues, powered by our game AI, to create a ‘learning by doing’ training environment that encourages repetition and builds mastery. It is a radically new method to achieve high impact training that scales across large organisations.
We work with some of the largest retail, hospitality, industry, energy, pharmaceutical and professional services brands in the world including Circle K, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich, and Novartis. Attensi is growing fast and are now focused on accelerating our business growth. We are over 250 Game Changers across our HQ in Oslo, London and Boston.
Role Overview
We are now seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing channels and marketing automation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketer with solid B2B SaaS experience looking to step into a more strategic and senior role.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Drive A/B testing and landing page optimisation in collaboration with design/content teams
- Manage ad budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies aligned with marketing goals
SEO & Content Strategy
- Oversee SEO roadmap, including on-page optimisation, technical audits, and keyword strategy
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from concept to publication
Website maintenance
- Work with WordPress to maintain the current website, create new pages and implement edits
Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot)
- Own HubSpot as the central marketing automation platform
- Build and optimise email nurture journeys, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting
- Work closely with Sales and RevOps to align lead lifecycle stages and lead quality
Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop and deploy effective email marketing campaigns focused on engagement and lead conversion
- Lead segmentation and personalised content strategy
Analytics & Data Segmentation
- Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels
- Set up dashboards and insights to support campaign decision-making
- Monitor and enhance lead segmentation and data hygiene within CRM
Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Proven success with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices
- Expert in HubSpot for email marketing and automation
- Growth hacker mentality – obsessively trying to figure how to take us to the next level
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset (experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot Reporting, Looker Studio or similar)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a scale-up environment
- Curious, ambitious, and excited to own strategy and execution
Nice to Have’s
- HR Technology experience and familiarity with the landscape
- Experience working with international markets
- Knowledge of paid social beyond LinkedIn (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
- Basic HTML or web CMS editing (e.g., WordPress)
