Nanny to help in the afternoon, Job ID J1DA39
A busy family in Islington, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny to help care for their three school-aged children. The role will be shared care with the mother, so the nanny must be a good team player and comfortable working alongside the housekeeper, though no deep cleaning will be required. A driver with a full driving licence would be a bonus for this role. The after-school nanny must have a valid first aid qualification.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 16 hours per week
Duties include:
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Assisting with washing, dressing, and overall daily routines
- Supporting homework and educational activities
- Organising and accompanying children to after-school activities
- Planning recreational activities to support physical and mental development
- Creating a safe, clean, and tidy environment for the children
- Engaging in creative activities such as arts and crafts
- Taking the children on outdoor outings, including visits to parks and playgrounds
- Preparing children for bedtime and reading them stories
They are looking for someone to hire in September 2025, and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
