Your Missions (Internship)

Training and consulting responsibilities

• Acting as consultant support for our LATAM clients (especially Spain), assisting them in the usage of psychometric and HR tools within organisational processes.
• Supporting the sales & consulting teams with client requests and ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and on time.

R&D responsibilities

• Writing technical content for our assessment tools (product documentation, guides, product videos, etc.).
• Translating and adapting our tools into Spanish.
• Contributing to the development, revision & implementation of our psychometric assessments and HR tools.

Your Profile

• Currently completing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in psychometrics.
• Previous internship or academic project in HR consulting or psychology is a plus.
• Native Spanish speaker with strong professional English.
• Good organisation, communication, and writing skills.

• 6-month internship in London, with clear opportunity for permanent employment afterwards.
• Allowance around £1,500 per month, negotiable.
• Hybrid work model (up to 4 days remote per week).
