Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Join our TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team as we shape the future of social commerce. The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance.
Responsibilities
The TikTok Shop Partner Intern is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through assistant business development, training and project management.
This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with sellers on the platform.
You will become an expert on social commerce and all things TikTok Shop to support our partner team and help TSP to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer or Fall 2026
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
