Our client is looking for an Events Manager to join their dynamic team within their asset management division, specialising in alternative investments. This is a high-profile role coordinating a busy calendar of pan-European events, designed to support client distribution and engagement activities.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the full lifecycle of a diverse events program, including in-person and virtual conferences, roundtables, seminars, and their flagship annual event.
- Build and maintain relationships with external fund managers, sponsors, and investors.
- Work closely with internal teams to promote client solutions and share market intelligence.
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and event performance metrics to ensure high ROI.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and develop the events program across Europe.
- Input/ownership for event strategy
About you:
- Experienced in managing high-profile events, conferences, or roadshows, within asset management or financial services.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external clients.
- Commercially aware, with an interest in financial markets and sales/business development processes.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a drive to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
Why apply:
