As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be supported by a friendly and caring management team who really value every member of staff, shown through the bonuses they pay throughout the year and the encouragement and support they provide for development and growth within your career, including further training opportunities.
Working full time Monday-Friday in a permanent role, it is essential for you to hold (at least) a Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, and as a Qualified Early Childhood Educator you should have prior experience working with young children within a nursery or a childcare setting.
We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator who will be able to:
- Plan and lead activities to stimulate children's minds, creativity and imagination based on the Early Years curriculum
- Form and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
- Build a safe and stimulating learning environment where every child is supported and is able to grow and thrive
- Encourage interactive play-based activities and exploration to promote learning and development
- Show a real passion for childcare and for EYFS
- Have an extensive knowledge of safeguarding
- Follow the EYFS curriculum to assist with early reading and early maths skills development
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development from a young age
- Collaborate with a team of likeminded hardworking Early Years staff
