Duties & Responsibilities as a Chef de Partie

· Manages a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standard.

· Oversees daily stock control, and coordinates with other sections for smooth kitchen operations.

· Maintains cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

· Trains and supervises commis chefs and junior staff, providing guidance and ensuring professional development.

About you

You are a talented and reliable chef with experience managing a specific kitchen section. You maintain high culinary standards, work efficiently under pressure, and support the team in delivering exceptional dishes. Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
