Role Overview
Given our exciting growth plans, we are looking for a talented Videographer to join our global team and support the creation of high-quality video content across our Academy and Product Marketing initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about video production, eager to grow their skills, and ready to collaborate closely with our Product Education team and wider teams.
Reporting into our Head of Product Education, you will be responsible for production of educational and marketing content that showcases the features and benefits of the Fresha platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being hands-on with video production, and is looking to develop their craft while contributing to impactful, engaging content.

Accountabilities:
End-to-end production: Own the end-to-end production of video content from concept to completion, including setup, filming, editing, and final delivery.
Creative development: Develop and pitch creative ideas that bring Fresha’s product and business stories to life across Academy lessons and digital platforms.
Filming & direction: Capture high-quality footage, set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment, and direct presenters or contributors confidently.
Editing: Edit, refine and finalise video content using industry-standard software.
Motion Graphics & Animation: Independently create and integrate motion graphics and animations to enhance the storytelling and educational value of videos.
Content Management: Own the organisation of production files and the video content library, keeping efficient processes in place so assets are easy for the wider team to access.
Project Management: Manage production schedules and multiple projects at once, delivering on time and to a high standard.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Education team, Product Managers, and Marketing to support the creation of content that resonates with our customers.
Content Consistency: Champion Fresha’s brand identity and ensure content is aligned in tone, style and quality across all video outputs.

Experience & qualifications required:
Experience : At least 2+ years of experience in video production or a related field, preferably in an educational or SaaS environment.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of video production, including camera work, lighting setups, audio equipment, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Storytelling & Scripting: Strong storytelling skills with an eye for pacing, visual detail, and the ability to transform complex concepts into clear, engaging educational content.
Production Expertise: Experience independently planning and delivering video productions, from pre-production through filming and post-production, while maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
Independence & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different teams to create content that meets the needs of our customers.
Creative vision: A self-starter with the confidence to articulate and champion your creative vision while adapting to feedback.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, working well under pressure.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach to overcoming challenges during production.
Motion graphics & design: Able to independently produce motion graphics and visual design that elevate video storytelling (Adobe After Effects or equivalent). Screening stage: Video-call with a member from the Talent Team - 20-30 mins
1st stage: Video-call with the Hiring Manager (Head of Product Education) - 30 mins
Final stage: In-person interview with Hiring Manager (Head of Product Education) Task & presentation - 45 mins
