Client Research Consultant
A fast paced, fun and rewarding role working within one of the largest departments in the company. The department is growing at a rapid rate allowing for plenty of room for progression. The client research role is a crucial role within the business dealing with all aspects of the property industry, dealing with sales, lettings, new homes and developers, you will quickly learn everything you need to know for a fantastic career in estate agency.
Key Responsibilities
To generate new business opportunities for Sales and Lettings offices by:
Calling previous prospects, finding out where they are living now, and finding out what their plans are
Finding out from existing prospects whether they own other properties in our areas
Generating new business by touting competitors’ instructions and generating new data by using research systems provided.
To arrange meetings for local office managers to value properties and win new business for the company
To generate third party referrals, such as mortgage leads, for our preferred partners
Requirements
To work in accordance with our service goals – the customer should never have to ask twice and always know what to expect next
To become an expert in the property industry, helping clients with any questions they may have.
To balance good customer service with the more sales-oriented approach needed to sell third party services
To have a positive, “nothing is too much trouble” attitude
To be able to work towards and hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
To be able to work well within a team and individually
Comfortable working within a fast-paced role and able to multi-task.
