Your Role As the Year 1 Class Teacher, you will:

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1.
• A nurturing and reflective teaching style.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
