About the role:

We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to support the team in delivering our influencer marketing strategy. You’ll have experience in running best-in-class campaigns that engage audiences, drive measurable results, and align with broader business goals ensuring strong ROI and unlocking new commercial opportunities.

The Job 💻

  • Develop and execute influencer strategies that align with our brand vision and KPI as well as seamlessly align with and support our brand marketing efforts.

  • Oversee outreach to influencer partners including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management.

  • Analyse historical and current performance data to optimise our influencer program strategy.

  • Partner with the cross-functional digital and media teams to recommend distribution and amplification strategies that support larger product and business priorities.

  • Engage on influencer content, briefing and content approval.

  • Attention to detail, especially when managing multiple influencer campaigns and deliverables

  • Creative and solutions-focused, with the ability to think outside the box to overcome campaign challenges

  • Confident in using data to measure performance, report on KPIs, and optimise future influencer strategies

  • A strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Skilled at building and maintaining great relationships—with influencers, clients, and colleagues alike

  • Clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, positive, and always ready to go the extra mile to deliver standout results
