Partnerships Manager UK/EU

Now we are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to help identify, shape, and grow the partnerships program.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and managing existing partner networks (incl. education, sales & marketing activities, event participation, etc.) 

• Researching new partners, defining the key players and generating interest 

• Identifying and prospecting partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, emails, client visits and various industry events 

• Collaborating with Tech Team, Marketing Team, Customer Success Team and others to develop and execute sustainable and powerful strategy 

• Negotiating contractual terms – making sure the client’s onboarding journey is smooth and quick

About You:

• 5 years of experience working with partners & alliance sales in IT (SaaS is a plus, experience in web 3, DeFi and crypto is a major plus)

• Expertise and industry experience of crypto & Web3 businesses 

• Have experience in developing partnerships in the region from scratch is a plus

• Domain expertise in KYC / KYB / AML & fraud preferred 

• Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities 

• Strong sense for business and excellent commercial acumen 

• Outstanding interpersonal skills 

• Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills 

• A learn-it-all, can do, mentality
