Our Talent Acquisition Operations team manages interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding of new starters and everything in-between, no day is the same. Success in this role isn’t about ticking boxes, but about delivering real value.
We’re looking for a dedicated, process driven, results focused Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our energetic and client focused Talent Acquisition Operations team.
What you’ll do
Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process
Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, this is often high volume so you’ll need to be comfortable handling multiple requests
Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA
Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System; Workday and manage all new starter communications up to their first day
Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via our third-party partner
What we’re looking for
You’ll have exceptional organisational skills, are comfortable managing multiple workloads and able to prioritise your own workload
You’ll be an excellent communicator and able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates
You pay close attention to detail and care about providing error-free work
You’re a great team player and are always willing to get involved and support colleagues when times get busy
You can stay calm and focused whilst managing multiple priorities
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our London office.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our London office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
