Procurement Manager
The Role:
As our Procurement Manager, you'll help shape the partnerships and sourcing strategies that keep Little Moons moving, growing and delighting customers. You'll play a central role in building a resilient, sustainable and future-focused supply base, ensuring we have the right ingredients, suppliers and solutions in place to support our ambitions.
You'll bring the outside world in, keeping a close eye on market trends, supplier opportunities and emerging risks, then turning those insights into smart commercial decisions. Whether it's developing category strategies, uncovering new opportunities, strengthening supplier relationships or finding better ways of doing things, you'll be a driving force behind how we source, partner and grow.
Collaboration is a big part of life at Little Moons, so you'll work closely with teams across the business to understand what's needed today while helping us prepare for what's next. You'll build strong, trusted relationships internally and externally, bringing people together to solve challenges, spark innovation and create value beyond cost.
We're looking for someone who enjoys thinking strategically but isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up when needed. Someone who combines commercial savvy with curiosity, loves building great partnerships and gets excited about continuous improvement. You'll be empowered to challenge the status quo, explore new ideas and help shape the future of procurement as we continue on our growth journey.
As a leader within the team, you'll create an environment where people can do their best work, supporting development, sharing expertise and helping build a high-performing procurement function that's ready for what's next.
If you're energised by building meaningful supplier partnerships, influencing business decisions and making a real impact in a fast-paced, ambitious and people-first environment, we'd love to hear from you.
